About Cultivated Nature

We are a locally owned and operated Boulder County business with a passion for plants! At Cultivated Nature, our goal is to help people get the most out of their indoor plants without feeling overwhelmed by what it takes to do so.  We want every one of our clients to fully enjoy their space by bringing beautiful green life into it.  As experienced indoor gardeners, we care for all types of house plants from tropical to succulents and everything in between. Our interior plant designer will take great care in evaluating your space to provide you with the best chance for success in all your plant care needs. When starting from scratch, we carefully listen as we decide what plants to choose, which containers will compliment your space, the available lighting, and your goals for plant ownership. We work with local greenhouses to always provide you with the best plants possible.  Our trustworthy caretakers will also maintain plants you already own.  We offer interior plant design, home plant care, office plant care, vacation options, and more. With weekly and monthly plans, there is something for everyone.  Together, we can achieve the indoor jungle you are looking for!

About the Owner

HI! My name is Melinda. I’m a longtime Longmont resident with a passion for plants and people. Several years ago, I had the pleasure of working for a local business where my love of plants began. My excitement for knowledge of interior plants and plant care has continued to grow into something I can’t wait to share with the people around me! I personally own over 70 indoor plants (and counting!) and love taking the time to care for each and every one of them. It is a special event every week! When I’m not using my green thumb, you can find me hiking, hanging out with my family and friends, and at any given chance heading off to the mountains for the weekend.
